How we work

How We Work

We start with understanding your problem and goals, often a short discovery. Then we propose a clear scope, timeline, and cost. We work in phases with milestones. No open-ended engagements. If you are not sure where to start, we can run a short discovery to validate the problem and recommend an approach. If you already know what you need, we can propose a pilot or full build. Either way, we will be clear about what we can deliver and what we need from you.

We work with banks, credit unions, and fintechs in the US and globally. Our typical clients have a Director of Engineering, Head of Product, or CTO who owns the initiative and a budget in the range of $100K to $500K for the first phase. We are a good fit when you want a partner who has done this before and who will agree up front on what success looks like rather than just hours. If that sounds like you, book a discovery call.
