AmpFi App LLC – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AmpFi App (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

AmpFi App LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a software tool that connects to your cryptocurrency exchange account via API keys you provide.

The Service does not take custody of your funds.

You remain solely responsible for all trades executed through your account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to trade on the connected exchange.

You are responsible for ensuring use of the Service is permitted in your jurisdiction.

4. No Investment Advice

The Service is not an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or money manager. Information or algorithms provided by the Service are for informational and automation purposes only and should not be construed as personalized financial advice.

5. Risks

Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk, including total loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

The Service operates on APIs; delays, outages, or exchange restrictions may result in missed or unintended trades. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

6. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your exchange API keys.
• Monitor your trades and account balances regularly.
• Ensure your connected exchange account has sufficient funds and complies with its own Terms.

7. Fees & Payment

Subscription fees are charged as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmpFi App LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, system outages, or third-party failures.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
