Sometimes you need more than a project. You need strategic advice on what to build and in what order. Or you need embedded or dedicated technical capacity to fill a gap without hiring full time. Or you need fintech-savvy talent that can hit the ground running on lending, ML, or integration work. Our advisory and staffing service covers all of that: we help you with roadmap and architecture, we embed engineers or product leads into your team for a defined period, and we help you scale your team with people who have done this work before. We are not a body shop; we bring domain knowledge and delivery discipline so you get outcomes, not just hours.

What we deliver

We deliver three types of engagement. First, strategic advice and roadmap: we work with your leadership and technical teams to validate problems, prioritize initiatives, and define a path from where you are to where you want to be. That might be a short engagement (e.g. four to eight weeks) to produce a written roadmap and recommendation, or it might be ongoing advisory as you execute. Second, embedded or dedicated capacity: we place engineers, architects, or product leads with you for a defined period (e.g. three to twelve months). They work as part of your team, follow your processes, and deliver against your backlog. We take care of recruitment, management, and continuity so you can focus on outcomes. Third, fintech-savvy talent: we help you hire or contract people who have experience in lending, ML, or fintech so you do not have to train from scratch. We can run or support technical interviews and provide short-term or long-term placements.

Who this is for

How we work

For advisory, we start with a discovery conversation to understand your goals and constraints. We then propose a scope (e.g. roadmap document, architecture review, ongoing advisory) and a timeline. We deliver in phases with clear deliverables and checkpoints. For embedded or staffing, we define the role, the duration, and the success criteria with you. We source and place the right person, and we stay accountable for their delivery and fit. We do not disappear after placement; we check in and support both you and the placed professional so that the engagement succeeds.
