Meeting and planning

How We Propose

After a discovery call, we will propose a scope, timeline, and price. We do not send a generic rate card; we tailor the proposal to your situation. If you need discovery first, we will propose a discovery engagement (scope, deliverable, price). If you are ready for a pilot or build, we will propose that with phases and milestones. If you want a retainer, we will propose a capacity level and rate. We are happy to work within your procurement process (e.g. SOW, MSA, NDA) and we can provide references or case studies when you are evaluating. We want you to have enough information to decide with confidence.

We work with banks, credit unions, and fintechs in the US and globally. Typical first engagements are discovery or pilot ($40K to $175K). We will propose scope and price after a discovery call.

If you are ready to talk, book a discovery call. We will listen, ask questions, and tell you what we recommend and what it would cost.

We work with banks, credit unions, and fintechs.

What to Expect After You Book

When you book a discovery call, we will listen to your goals, your constraints, and your timeline. We will ask about the problem you are trying to solve, what you have already tried, and what success looks like. We will then tell you whether we are a fit and what we recommend: often a discovery engagement first to validate the problem and propose an approach, or a pilot if the problem is already well defined. We will give you a range for cost and timeline so you can decide. We do not send a generic rate card; we tailor the proposal to your situation. For more on how we scope and deliver, see our how we scope lending and ML projects and discovery to delivery posts. Our services and case studies describe what we deliver and proof points from past engagements.

If you have questions before you book, contact us. We are happy to point you to the right engagement type and the right next step based on your context.
