Product and feature build

$150K to $400K

3 to 9 months

When you are ready to build for production, we deliver full product or feature builds: a lending feature, an API product, a decision engine, or a workflow automation that runs in your environment and is ready for your users. Typical duration is three to nine months; typical investment is $150K to $400K depending on scope and complexity. We work in phases with clear milestones so you can see progress and adjust scope or timeline if needed. We align on outcomes, architecture, and success criteria up front so that delivery is predictable and you are not left with a black box.

What you get

You get a production-ready system: tested, documented, and deployed (or ready for your deployment process). You also get handoff: we train your team, document the architecture and operations, and support transition so you can maintain and extend the system. We do not disappear at go-live; we plan for handoff and optional ongoing support (e.g. retainer) so you are not left without a path forward. We use your tech stack and standards where possible so that the system fits your environment and your team can own it.

Typical scope

A typical build includes: discovery or alignment phase (if not already done); architecture and design; phased development with milestones and demos; testing (unit, integration, UAT); deployment and cutover support; and documentation and handoff. We propose a phased plan (e.g. Phase 1: core flow, Phase 2: integrations, Phase 3: reporting and polish) so you can commit incrementally and see value early. We will be clear about dependencies (your team, data access, decisions) so that timelines are realistic.

Who this is for

This engagement is for organizations that have validated the problem (e.g. through discovery or pilot) and are ready to invest in a full build. You have budget and stakeholder alignment. You want a partner who has built similar systems before and who will deliver on time and on budget. You are willing to invest in quality (architecture, testing, documentation) so that the system is maintainable and scalable. We are a good fit when you want operator-level experience and clear accountability, not just bodies.

Next step

Book a discovery call. We will discuss your goal, your timeline, and your constraints. If we are a fit, we will propose a scope, phases, and price. We often recommend a short discovery or pilot first if scope is still fuzzy; we will tell you what we think is the right next step.
