AmpFi App LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides subscription-based software services. By purchasing or subscribing to our Service, you agree to the following refund terms:

Subscriptions and Fees

All subscription fees are billed in advance as stated on our pricing page.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

No Refunds

Once a subscription payment is processed, we do not offer refunds or credits for unused time, partial months, or unused features.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting io@ampfi.app. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until then.

Exceptions

If required by applicable law or if a transaction was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment), contact us at io@ampfi.app within 7 days of billing.
